Job summary

Applied ABC Massachusetts is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This role involves one-to-one intervention for children with autism, ongoing training participation, and regular communication with supervisors.

Weekday and weekend availability is required; you will collect therapy data and contribute to client progress while working within daylight hours at families' homes.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
