Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing in-home and in-center services for children with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA, and you will collect data to track progress.

Qualified candidates have 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or are pursuing relevant education.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• The therapist works directly in the homes of children with autism and will operate under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
