Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children with autism in Massachusetts. The Behavior Technician role involves direct one-to-one intervention under a BCBA's supervision and ongoing staff training while communicating with supervisory staff.

The position requires at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or current pursuit of relevant education.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience required.
• BA in related field or undergraduate pursuing relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
