Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy NC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will implement behavior intervention plans and collaborate with BCBA/CCBA supervision to support children with autism.

Ideal candidates hold BACB RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with autism. You will record progress, engage families, and contribute to planning in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an RBT with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or related disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA or CCBA.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and team members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to client care planning and strategy development.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress.
