Job summary

Hopebridge in Edgewood, KY is hiring an In-Home Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in family homes. You’ll implement therapy under supervision, track progress, and collaborate with BCBA consultants to help families build skills.

The role offers a paid RBT certification, a $75 annual professional development stipend, health/vision/dental insurance, 18 days of PTO, a 401(k) with company match, weekday hours, and relocation opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Foster skill acquisition, communication, and school readiness in children.
• Learn from BCBA to provide therapy.
• Review behavior plans and materials for consistency.
• Complete daily progress notes on intervention implementation.
• Support development of functional communication and peer interactions.
