Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA in Clayton, NC and surrounding areas. You’ll help children with autism develop communication, play, and life skills in the child's natural environment.

We offer paid onboarding, flexible schedules (part-time or full-time), mentorship, and opportunities for certification support as you grow your ABA career with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Already certified as an RBT? Great! Not yet? We’ll support your path to certification

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Track progress through accurate session data and notes
• Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success
• Stay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.
