Job summary

New Patterns ABA VA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision. You will work 1:1 with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data on progress during each session.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs in clients' homes under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during each session.
• Use positive reinforcement to teach functional skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions regularly.
• Complete session notes and documentation promptly.
