Job summary

Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to support children with Autism and developmental disabilities in in-home and community settings. You will collaborate with clinicians to create engaging learning environments that promote progress toward treatment goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; RBT certification preferred.
• Demonstrates good judgment and discretion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; sensitive to diverse populations.
• Proficient with basic computer tools and Excel.
• Travel to multiple client sites; valid CA driver's license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Implement in-home/community-based intervention under supervision.
• Travel to client homes and community settings to deliver services.
• Meet established productivity requirements.
• Document data collection, graphing, treatment notes, and plans.
• Stay current with ABA research and developments; attend meetings and trainings.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by Supervisors.
