Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy is seeking BCBA professionals to lead and supervise ABA therapists in home-based autism services across the United States. The role emphasizes designing and updating individualized ABA treatment plans, implementing behavior intervention plans, and ensuring data-informed decisions for client progress.

We value hands-on supervision, proactive communication with families, and collaboration with Program Managers to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona.
• Ability to complete assessments and reassessments in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases.
• Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and make program adjustments based on client progress.
• Review reports and session notes.
• Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques.
