Job summary

BehaviorCare Therapy in Arizona seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-LBA) to lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases. You will design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and adjust programs based on client progress.

You will review reports, communicate with parents, deliver training on ABA strategies, and collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and BACB credentialed.
• Active LBA license in Arizona.
• Ability to conduct in-person assessments when required.

Responsibilities
