Qualifications

• BCBA certification and clean state licensure where required.
• Experience delivering high-quality ABA therapy.
• Ability to mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans
• Engage parents in therapy with monthly training
• Maintain high-quality clinical services with supervision and data-driven decisions
