Job summary

Centria is seeking a BCBA for an in-home, in-person ABA therapy role in Maryland. You will lead clinical programs with strong support from our operations team, focusing on delivering high-quality care to children in their natural environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligibility for credentialing ongoing.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in home or clinic settings preferred.
• Ability to supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA therapy and guide Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Train and mentor Technicians to improve client outcomes.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage families with monthly training to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions.
