Centria Autism is seeking an in-home BCaBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in children's natural environments. You will work closely with families, clients, and a dedicated clinical team to ensure compassionate, outcome-focused care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCaBA credential and provide clinical oversight under BCBA supervision.
• Strong collaboration with clinical team and families.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in home or community settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs for treatment decisions.
• Engage families through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
