Job summary

Learn Through Play ABA is seeking a compassionate BCBA for a part-time, in-home role serving families across Bergen and Passaic Counties, NJ. The BCBA will oversee individualized ABA programming and provide clinical leadership to therapists working directly with children and families.

The position emphasizes high-quality, individualized care, collaboration with families, and adherence to BACB ethical standards. In-home service delivery and bilingual capabilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in ABA or related field and BCBA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
• Experience supervising RBTs/behavior therapists and providing parent training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and identify individualized treatment priorities.
• Develop, implement, and update ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and behavior therapists; provide clinical guidance.
• Review data; modify programs based on client progress.
• Provide parent/caregiver training to support generalization.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation per BACB standards.
