Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support children and families across multiple states with flexible center-based, home-based, or hybrid schedules. Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• LABA certification required where state law applies.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
