Starchild Interventions in West Los Angeles is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with toddlers and adolescents in home settings. Spanish speaking a plus, with flexible scheduling and in-home supervision provided.

The role involves training Behavior Specialists, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and the Clinical Director to achieve meaningful progress for children with developmental delays.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or related field.
• Current BCBA Certification.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide Behavior Specialists in ABA program.
• Provide in-home supervision and parent training.
• Review progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Create and maintain treatment records and progress reports.
• Communicate with families and Clinical Director.
