Vida for Autism in San Fernando Valley is seeking a Spanish-speaking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services. You will guide individualized ABA programs, work closely with BTs and RBTs, and train parents while coordinating with families.

The role combines hands-on clinical work with remote coordination and schedule flexibility; you will typically serve clients at home, with some remote responsibilities, and a 40-hour workweek in a hybrid setup.

Competenze

• BCBA certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
• 1-3 years BCBA experience preferred; others welcome.

Mansioni

• Guide individualized ABA services and support families.
• Review client data and update treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and feedback to BTs and RBTs.
• Conduct weekly direct client sessions with a BT or RBT.
• Provide parent/caregiver training, including telehealth when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communication with families.
