Job summary

Starchild Interventions in Palmdale/Lancaster, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support toddlers and adolescents with developmental delays in home settings. Spanish speaking is a plus; strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

You will train Behavior Specialists, provide in-home supervision and parent training, review progress, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with families and the Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience with toddlers and adolescents in home settings.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide our Behavior Specialists in implementing the ABA program.
• Provide in-home supervision and parent training to assigned children when scheduled.
• Review individual goals and progress for assigned children.
• Develop treatment plans, maintain records, and write progress reports.
• Create materials to support treatment goals.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and the Clinical Director.
