Mid Atlantic Kitchen & Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to help homeowners create beautiful, functional bathrooms. This is a 100% commission-based role with earning potential of $150,000 to $200,000+ annually, based on performance and local market demand.

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners, conduct in-home design consultations, present pricing and financing options, and close sales. Travel within the local market is required, with ongoing training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home design consultations is preferred.
• Sales experience in home improvement or remodeling is a plus.
• Ability to present products confidently and close sales.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who requested a consultation.
• Conduct in-home design consultations and product demonstrations.
• Assess customer needs and recommend remodeling solutions.
• Use proprietary sales technology to create designs and proposals.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to contract.
