Job summary

Mid Atlantic Kitchen & Bath in Ocean City, MD, seeks motivated In-Home Sales Consultants to help homeowners design and remodel bathrooms, with pre-qualified appointments and a high-earning potential.

This is a 100% commission-based role. You will conduct in-home consultations, present products and financing, close sales, and participate in ongoing training with a flexible schedule and independence in the local market.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-home sales or remodeling knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who requested a consultation.
• Conduct in-home design consultations and product demonstrations.
• Assess customer needs and recommend remodeling solutions.
• Use our sales technology to create project designs and proposals.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Guide homeowners through decisions and close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to contract.
• Attend ongoing sales training and weekly team meetings.
