This is a 100% commission-based position with no cold calling, built-in pre-qualified appointments, and industry-leading training. Top performers can earn $150,000–$200,000+ annually with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, or construction experience is a plus.
• Confidence presenting products and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for consultations.
• Conduct in-home design consultations and product demonstrations.
