Mid Atlantic Kitchen & Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team in Ocean City, MD. This is a 100% commission-based position with earning potential of $150,000 to $200,000+ annually for high-performing sales professionals.

Meet with pre-qualified homeowners, conduct design consultations, present pricing and financing options, and guide customers from consultation to contract using our proprietary sales technology.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• In-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, or construction experience is a plus.
• Confidence presenting products and closing sales.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have requested a consultation.
• Conduct in-home design consultations and product demonstrations.
• Assess customer needs and recommend customized remodeling solutions.
• Utilize our proprietary sales technology to create project designs and proposals.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation to contract.
• Attend ongoing sales training and weekly team meetings.
