Gold Standard Bathrooms is hiring an experienced In-Home Sales Representative in New Jersey. You will meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments, present tub/shower remodeling options, and close sales with a proven process.

This role offers 100% commission with uncapped earnings potential, pre-qualified appointments, strong marketing support, and ongoing coaching to help you reach six figures annually.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Bathroom remodeling knowledge a plus.
• Comfortable discussing price, financing, and monthly payments.
• Able to close at the kitchen table and handle objections.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Evaluate the customer’s bathroom remodeling needs.
• Present customized tub, shower, and bathroom renovation solutions.
• Review product options, materials, upgrades, and financing.
• Prepare and present pricing during the appointment.
• Build trust and guide homeowners toward a buying decision.
• Close sales and meet performance goals.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and coaching.
