All County One Day Bath – Bath Planet in New Jersey seeks motivated in-home sales consultants to close high-ticket bathroom remodeling projects. You will meet pre-qualified homeowners, present solutions, and close deals on the first visit using company-provided leads and tools.

This commission-based role offers the potential to earn $150,000 to $200,000+ annually with realistic growth, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Proven one-call close experience preferred.
• In-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Background in high-ticket home improvement sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners for design consultations.
• Conduct in-home design consultations.
• Build rapport, uncover customer needs, and recommend bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Present pricing, overcome objections, and close sales during the initial appointment.
• Use company-provided sales tools to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to maximize performance.
