Job summary

Bath Center is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will meet with homeowners in their homes, discuss remodel goals, present bath solutions, and close the sale during the consultation.

This is a high-income, 100% commission role with uncapped potential. Pre-qualified appointments are provided, with ~2 appointments daily and one every other Saturday. No cold calling or lead generation required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home, outside, or high-ticket sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable presenting pricing and financing options.
• Organized and able to manage field-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Understand remodeling goals, needs, and budget.
• Recommend the right bath remodeling solution.
• Present product options, pricing, and design recommendations.
• Close the sale during the consultation whenever possible.
• Follow up with customers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate appointment and sales records.
