LuxeHome Construction Inc. is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to close premium bath remodeling deals in the Sacramento area. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present designs, show pricing, and guide clients from consultation to project approval.

The role offers uncapped commission potential, with monthly earnings up to $25,000+ and provided leads, along with training and growth opportunities in a flexible field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required; in-home sales or home improvement experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the local market.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and speaking confidently in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Consult with homeowners to understand their needs, preferences, and renovation goals
• Create customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use design software
• Present pricing and financing options while guiding customers through the decision-making process
• Consistently close sales and achieve or exceed performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project approval
