LuxeHome Construction Inc. is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to partner with homeowners in the Sacramento area. You will use our iPad-based system to design and present premium bath remodeling solutions and close deals with pre-qualified appointments.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential and requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to travel locally. Qualified leads are provided and training is offered to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous sales experience required; in-home sales or home improvement experience is preferred.
• Experience in remodeling/home improvement is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and negotiating.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using the company’s design tools.
• Consult with homeowners to understand needs and renovation goals.
• Create customized bath remodeling solutions and present pricing/financing options.
• Close sales and achieve/exceed performance targets.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and deliver exceptional customer experience.
