Job summary

Bath Center is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to join our field-based team. You will meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments, understand their remodeling goals, and present bath solutions with pricing and design recommendations.

This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential, including a 10% commission on closed sales and an average project value near $19,000. You will work with pre-qualified appointments provided by our marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home, outside, or high-ticket sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to manage appointments and customer information.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
• Understand remodeling goals, needs, and budget.
• Recommend bath remodeling solutions and pricing.
