Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience in home improvement or remodeling is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and residency within the local service area.
• Ability to present to homeowners and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have expressed interest in our products.
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually develop your skills.
• Utilize our software to create customized bath designs and solutions.
• Present pricing options and confidently close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity reports.
