Clearwater Shower Bath is hiring a professional sales consultant to meet with homeowners across Central Florida and help design customized shower and bath remodeling projects.

Our appointments are scheduled by marketing; you will evaluate the space, present premium solutions, guide customers through financing options, and close the sale. This full-time W-2 role is 100% commission with uncapped earning potential, plus health and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom remodeling is helpful but not required.
• Proven performers from home improvement or other high-ticket sales environments.
• Must follow a structured sales process.
