Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath is expanding into the Treasure Coast and seeking experienced in-home sales consultants to close high-ticket remodeling projects. You will meet homeowners, present customized solutions using 3D design tools, and guide customers from consultation to signed contracts.

Earn uncapped commissions with biweekly payments, while enjoying a full-time W-2 role, pre-qualified appointments, and company support from our in-house call center and management team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record, especially in high-ticket projects.
• Ability to close during in-home presentations.
• Comfort with presenting to homeowners and handling objections.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2–3 scheduled in-home consultations per day.
• Build rapport and identify homeowners' needs, budgets and priorities.
• Evaluate existing shower and bathtub spaces and propose solutions.
• Present product options, pricing, and financing options.
• Close sales and complete accurate contracts and measurements.
• Utilize 3D design tools to create engaging customer presentations.
