Clearwater Shower Bath, LLC is hiring experienced sales professionals to serve homeowners throughout Central Florida. The Sales Consultants meet with homeowners in their homes, evaluate the space, design customized remodeling solutions, present options, and close the project during the appointment.

This full-time W-2, 100% commission outside sales position offers uncapped earning potential, with company-generated appointments and biweekly commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in home improvement or similar high-ticket environment.
• Ability to run in-home consultations and close high-value projects.
• Comfortable with iPad and digital sales tools.

Responsabilités

• Run scheduled in-home consultations.
• Evaluate the customer’s existing shower or bathtub space.
• Identify goals, concerns, and timeline.
• Design a customized remodeling solution.
• Present options and financing.
• Close the sale during the appointment.
• Complete accurate measurements, contracts, and documentation.
• Maintain communication with management.
