Job summary

Clearwater Shower Bath, LLC is seeking professional sales consultants for field-based opportunities across Treasure Coast, FL. Earn $150,000–$300,000 OTE with 100% commission and biweekly payments, while we provide appointments, training, and support for premium bathroom remodeling projects.

You will meet with homeowners, assess spaces, present 3D design options, and guide the purchasing process from first contact to close. No cold calling; strong closing skills required.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital sales and presentation tools.
• Personal iPad compatible with company-provided design software.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home design and sales consultations.
• Evaluate bathroom spaces and homeowner needs.
• Create customized remodeling solutions using 3D design software.
• Present premium products, design options, and financing.
• Explain project value, installation expectations, and pricing.
• Close sales and complete contract documentation.
• Maintain communication with management per sales process.
