Job summary

BathWorks of Michigan is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant for in-home appointments in the Novi and Greater Detroit area. You will meet homeowners, design bath and shower solutions with Jacuzzi products, and guide them through the buying process to deliver a superior customer experience.

The role offers uncapped earning potential, paid training, a monthly car allowance, benefits after 60–90 days, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing, locally owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong communication skills and comfort talking with people.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within a 100 mile radius from your location.
• Available Monday through Saturday for customer appointments at 10am, 2pm, and 6pm.
• Able to run at least 11 appointments per week.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre set in home appointments with homeowners.
• Design bath and shower solutions using Jacuzzi products.
• Build trust through a professional and friendly approach.
• Present options and guide customers through the buying process.
• Deliver a five star customer experience from start to finish.
