Job summary

BathWorks of Michigan seeks a driven Home Remodel Sales Representative to help homeowners upgrade bathrooms with premium bath and shower remodeling solutions. You’ll meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments, build trust, and present customized designs, guiding each sale from consultation to close.

The role offers a base salary with a forgivable draw, uncapped commissions, a monthly car allowance, paid training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build trust and guide homeowners through decisions.
• Willingness to travel within ~100 miles.
• Availability for rotating schedule and specific appointment times.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments.
• Build rapport and understand homeowner needs.
• Design and present customized bath and shower remodeling solutions.
• Guide customers through the process in a consultative way.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience from consultation to close.
• Travel within approximately a 100-mile radius of home.
