Job summary

Progressive Option Support Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA, helping children grow in behavior, communication, and daily living skills.

You’ll implement individualized treatment plans, track progress with data collection and session notes, and build strong, supportive relationships with families while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Experience working with children; ASD experience preferred.
• At least 6 months ABA or related experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to take feedback, stay organized, and work independently.
• Comfortable working in a home-based environment.
• Reliable transportation and access to a mobile device for session notes.

Responsibilities
