Job summary

AIT Worldwide Home Delivery is seeking independent contractors to perform on-site assembly and installation of consumer goods, arriving at customer homes to assemble flat-pack furniture and equipment. The role is a 1099 contract with settlements potentially ranging from $40,000 to $100,000+ depending on volume, location, and work accepted; settlements are processed weekly.

Contractors who service both indoor and outdoor environments may receive more work, and applicants must provide reliable

Qualifications

• Contractors must have reliable transportation to go to and from order locations.
• Must own hand and power tools and have the experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications.
• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID) - This can be obtained (free) at irs.gov.
• Comply with insurance, vehicle registrations.
• DOT /MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
• Must comply with your state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work.
• Background and Drug Screens are performed on all contractors including helpers.
• MVR are performed for all driving contractors.
• You must be committed to providing exceptional customer service, be tech savvy with a mobile phone and excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Contract (1099)

Settlements: potential to earn 40K-100K+ dependent upon volume, location, and contract work accepted. Settlements process weekly.

Contractors to build ready to assemble furniture and equipment- involves arriving at customer homes to assemble various flat box home goods items and fitness equipment.

**Product handled can be seasonal. Contractors can pick the product type they prefer to install/assemble throughout the year. Contractors who service both indoor and outdoor will receive more work.
