Job summary
Sagent Behavioral Health, a leading behavioral health provider, seeks an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner to deliver in-home services to adults and families in Eden Prairie, MN. This onsite role supports flexible scheduling and a range of caseloads, under HOPE values guiding practice.

Qualifications
- Master's or graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
- Bachelor's degree plus 2,000 hours of supervised mental health experience.
- 4,000 hours of supervised mental health experience.
- Clinical Trainee requirements or readiness for independent licensure.
- Minnesota licensure as LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP is required or pursued.
Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive mental health services to adults, couples, and families in home or community settings.
- Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and support progress toward those goals.
- Design and implement home-based treatment plans reflecting client needs.
