Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioners to provide community-based services to adults, operating onsite in Minnesota. This role supports flexible schedules with a non-exempt status and compensation that includes hourly pay from $22.00 to $23.00, plus benefits and mileage reimbursement.
Qualified candidates will meet MN licensure requirements or be in a path toward licensure, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be prepared to drive within a 30-mile radius of
Competenze
- Desire to work with adults and families in home and community settings.
- Must meet MN State Statute 245I.04.04/04.06 licensure pathways.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and basic computer skills.
Mansioni
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and families in home/community.
- Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet goals.
- Design and implement in-home treatment reflecting client needs.
