Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health is seeking an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner to deliver community-based services to adults through our ARMHS team in Bloomington, MN. This onsite role focuses on meaningful functional goals, home and community visits, and collaborative care with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master's or graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field AND 2,000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services.
• 4,000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or their families in home/community.
• Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals.
• Design and implement in-home treatment reflective of client needs.
