Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Minnesota is seeking an ARMHS Behavioral Health Practitioner to serve adults in home and community settings. This onsite, non-exempt role supports flexible schedules and a range of compensation options from salary to production-based models.

Qualified candidates hold MN behavioral health credentials, are licensed or eligible (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP), and demonstrate cultural responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Meet MN State Statute 245I.04.04 behavioral health practitioner requirements.
• Master’s or higher in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bachelor’s with 2000 hours supervised experience or equivalent.
• 4,000 hours supervised experience may qualify.
• Minnesota licensure as LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or families in home or community settings.
• Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work to meet them.
• Design and implement in-home treatment reflecting client needs.
