AHL HealthCare Group is seeking Bridges Counselors in the Duluth area to advocate, support, educate, and care for individuals with disabilities and mental illness in our Bridges to Success program. Roles are in-home and community-based with flexible schedules and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities include implementing person-centered plans, travel within the Duluth area, and maintaining professional client relationships.

$19.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on education & experience
This role is responsible for traveling around the Duluth area to meet with clients in home and in the community
