Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Float Direct Support Professionals to train and work at each of our programs in Duluth, Hermantown, Two Harbors, and Saginaw, MN. DSPs operate on a week-to-week schedule across multiple sites in 4-bedroom homes, with higher pay and mileage reimbursement.

The role is part-time and requires a minimum of 16 years of age, at least 1 year in the field, MN DHS background clearance, a valid driver's license with an MVR check, and availability every other weekend, plus a

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Demonstrating positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers.
• Medication administration.
• Documenting on the services provided daily in the electronic records and computer system.
• Socializing with residents and doing activities with them.
• Going to appointments with clients.
• Training in at all programs and filling in based on the schedule of the program.

Our homes are in Duluth, Hermantown, Two Harbors, and Saginaw, MN, and are 4-bedroom residential settings centered around the individuals we support. Float DSPs travel among our various programs and receive their schedule on a week-to-week basis and are responsible for filling in at programs based on scheduling needs. With this comes a higher compensation and mileage reimbursement!

• $20.00- $21.00/hour depending on program worked at
