Job summary

AHL HealthCare Group is hiring Direct Support Professionals to advocate, support, educate, and care for individuals with disabilities or mental illness in homes across Duluth, Hermantown, and Saginaw, MN. Roles are in 4-bedroom residential settings focused on living with dignity and safety.

Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour, with part-time and full-time shifts including day, evening, and awake overnight.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to pass a MN DHS background study.
• Every other weekend availability required.
• Driver's license is preferred but not required (may affect pay).

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal cares, activities of daily living, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Demonstrating positive and supportive behavior with the clients and coworkers.
• Medication administration.
• Documenting on the services provided daily in the electronic records and computer system.
• Socializing with residents and doing activities with them.
• Going to appointments with clients.

Our homes are in Duluth, Hermantown, and Saginaw, MN, and are 4-bedroom residential settings centered around the individuals we support. Compensation:

• $17.50 - $19.00/hour depending on driving status and location hired for

• Duluth, MN
• Hermantown, MN
• Saginaw, MN

Hours of Position:

• Part-time/Full-time
• Day shift OR
• Evening shift OR
• Awake overnight shift
