Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is seeking an Experienced ALS/MS Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care in the Magnolia/Seattle area. The caregiver will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, and ensure safety and dignity while supporting client independence.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with diverse populations and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Follow the client’s individualized care plan as directed by the In-Home Care Supervisor or Manager.
• Assist with activities of daily living including housekeeping, medication assistance, personal care, meal preparation, shopping and transportation, transfers, standby assistance, and companionship.
• Communicate changes in the client’s condition to the care management team.
• Maintain client records timely and accurately per company policy.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment; perform housekeeping and manage laundry.
• Safely transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility; support transfers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and assist with therapy as directed.
• Report for shifts and log time via Telephony or Clear Care.
