STRATEGIC THERAPY AUTISM SERVICES LLC is seeking experienced ABA therapists/RBTs for immediate hire in the Carteret, NJ area. We provide home-based ABA therapy across New Jersey and seek caring professionals to deliver services under a BCBA’s supervision.

Ideal candidates have a passion for helping children and families, with at least six months of ABA experience and a valid driver’s license. RBT certification is preferred and courses are offered at no cost.

• Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities
• Energetic individuals with a passion to help children and families
• Minimum six months experience with ABA therapy, working with children with autism
• Drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization
• Valid driver’s license
• RBT certification preferred; courses offered at no cost

Job Summary

• Strategic Therapy Autism Services is seeking experienced ABA therapists/ RBTs in Carteret, NJ area for immediate hire.
• Strategic Therapy is a Behavioral Health Agency providing home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services throughout New Jersey. We are looking for both, caring and professional ABA Technician to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA.

Job Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA and supervisors to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
• Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions
• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work

Job Requirements

• Previous experience or familiarity with ABA therapy or developmental disabilities
• Energetic people with a passion to help children and families overcome large obstacles
• A minimum of six months experience with ABA therapy, working with children with Autism
• A drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization with amazing growth potential
• A valid driver's license
