Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Clinical Supervisors and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Collect and record data on client progress, identifying areas of improvement and celebrating successes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client sessions, reports, and progress.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to establish consistent and effective strategies for implementing ABA techniques in the home environment.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and network with colleagues.
