Job summary

Budding Futures is seeking an RBT to provide one-to-one in-home ABA therapy for children in the Denver area, under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and support parent training goals to help families build essential skills.

Paid RBT training is provided; the role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with PTO and competitive hourly pay based on experience and certification.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience working with children.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting.
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress.
