Budding Futures ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA services in Thornton, CO. You will work under a BCBA, implementing tailored treatment plans and tracking client progress while coordinating with families and the clinical team.

The role requires a current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) and reliable transportation to client homes. Full-time and part-time options are available, with paid training and PTO included.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification or be willing to obtain one (training provided).
• Experience with children is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under supervision of BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress.
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical team.
• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting.
• Implement behavioral interventions to support client goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress.
