Job summary

Precious Care ABA in Hamilton, NJ seeks a part-time to full-time Behavior Tech to work one-on-one with children in their homes. No formal ABA experience required; BCBA mentors will provide training and support.

You’ll help children learn, grow, and gain life-changing skills through hands-on sessions in real home environments. Travel to client homes is required, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• High school diploma and one ABA-related course (e.g., RBT training) recommended.
• Experience in education or autism-related field recommended.
• Ability to travel to client homes with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA-based sessions with children in their homes.
• Track progress by collecting data and documenting meaningful improvements.
• Collaborate with families to reinforce skills across daily life.
• Work with BCBA mentors to implement treatment plans.
